What: Partnering with Adventures in Missions, a team from Christ Church will serve alongside various ministries in the urban landscape of Atlanta. We wil participate in activites such as preparing and serving meals to those who are homeless, hosting VBS-like activities for an urban preschool, helping with a neighborhood clean-up, and more. This is a great opportunity to leave what is normal and comfortable about Memphis and put yourself in an environment you might not otherwise find your self.
Who: This trip is for adults ages 18+.
Where: The urban landscape of Atlanta, GA.
When: We will depart from the CUMC campus at 8am on Wednesday, November 3 and return to Memphis on Sunday, November 7.
Cost: This trip will cost approximately $300. Scholarships are available.
