In response to what Jesus has done for me... 


PRAYERS

  • I pray daily with others.
  • I pray daily for the church, the city, the poor and the persecuted.
  • I engage in spiritual disciplines like fasting, journaling, solitude, Sabbath, scripture memorization, etc.
  • I experience a time of solitude to hear God’s will.
  • I connect with God in a powerful way through prayer, solitude and/or Scripture.
  • I am disciplined in my spiritual practices.

PRESENCE

  • I allow other Christians to hold me accountable for my actions.
  • I regularly (three out of four weeks) attend a small group other than a Sunday school class.
  • I practice my faith outside the church the same way I do in my home and church.

GIFTS

  • I tithe 10% of my income to the church.
  • I recognize that God owns everything. In addition to tithing 10%, I manage the other 90% according to God’s principles.

SERVICE

  • I believe God calls me to be involved in the lives of the poor and suffering.
  • I feel equipped to lead a Community Life Group or service teams at the church.
  • I feel equipped to lead someone else through the Spiritual Roadmap.

WITNESS

  • I feel fully equipped to share my faith with non-Christians.
  • I am comfortable sharing my faith in every aspect of my life.
  • My behavior and actions reflect my faith.

Small Groups
Small groups are open to those ready for a deeper commitment and level of accountability. Made up of 5-12 people who meet in homes, small groups are committed to consistent study of the Bible. Learning takes place as members of the group share their thoughts and insights as the leader facilitates the study. Find a group or contact Ginger Holland, 261-2186.

WOW & Truth First

SERVE


Local or International Mission Trip
Live more like Jesus as you unselfishly make someone else’s need your own. Participate in a short-term local or international trip where you leave everyday distractions behind and serve those who need to see and know God’s love. Find a trip or contact Eric A., 202-6050.
